Cultivated Calm, Thoughtfully Delivered

Why Clients Choose to Work With Me

Collaborative
I believe therapy is a partnership. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify your strengths, and support you in reaching your goals.

Evidence-Based
I use proven therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, helping you build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. As a trained Art Therapist, I also integrate creative approaches when appropriate, offering additional pathways for self-expression, healing, and growth.

Affirming
I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, respected, and valued for exactly who you are.

Practical
My goal is for you to leave each session with tools, strategies, and insights that you can apply to your everyday life, helping you feel more empowered and confident between sessions. For some clients, incorporating art and creativity into the therapeutic process can provide meaningful breakthroughs when words alone aren't enough.

A Little More About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, friends, and our dogs. Whether I'm exploring the outdoors, staying active, traveling, creating art, or simply enjoying quality time with the people I love, I find joy in the connections and experiences that keep me grounded.

Art has been a meaningful part of my life for many years, both personally and professionally. As a trained artist and Art Therapist, I've witnessed the powerful ways creativity can help us process emotions, gain insight, and connect more deeply with ourselves.

These moments remind me of the importance of balance, resilience, self-expression, and meaningful relationships—values that I bring into my work every day. I believe healing happens through connection, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
